Genomic Discovery Tools offers an annotation service for sequences of prokaryotic or
eukaryotic origin,
using BioCanvas. We are able to predict genes from raw genome
data using state of the art prediction algorithms.
There is also a full annotation with detailed alignment of ORFs with
public gene data. We can display the sequence and all the annotated
features graphically in BioCanvas which you get it free as part of the package.
